You can not tell from the image above, but this gorgeous two story house in Antioch, IL was damaged extensively in a hail storm last year during the spring. The entire roof, the siding as well as gutters and downspouts needed replacement or repairs.
GroupXL worked with the homeowner and insurance representatives to make sure the estimates, permits and paperwork were properly completed to process the claim and complete the needed work.
Included with the roof replacement were new shingles, flashings, new vents, felt underlayment (was upgraded from standard felt to synthetic) as well as ice and water shield. Reynolds’ Great Barrier mocha siding color and texture finish were matched as closely as possible to the previous but no longer available siding. New house wrap was installed prior to installation of the siding.
Once completed, the house was given a complete, new face lift.
All the old material was removed and hauled away from the site. In addition to the manufacturers’ warranties, GroupXL warranted our workmanship for a period of three years.
